You are required to read and understand the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service, Policies and Conditions) including the terms and conditions and additional policies mentioned here. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, suppliers, customers, merchants and / or contributors to the Site Content.

Delivery Information:

The shipping process date depends on your purchase order, city hand and payment method. Please note that reservations are not included in the standard shipping time summary here. Delivery within 6 business days except Fridays (not working days) as well as public holidays such as Eid and National Day of the Kingdom. Delivery time during holidays is 10 business days. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. To review the estimated delivery date and time, please refer to the product page. The product page is updated regularly based on the latest information. Delivery also depends on the customer's acceptance and the date of delivery with the ShooAway Middle East team or with the shipping company team. In the event that the customer cannot be contacted on time, a delay will result in delivery of the shipment without any liability to ShooAway Middle East.

Payment:

The website offers the possibility to purchase products or services through the website (Online) and pay the required amount via the Internet according to the shipping and delivery service available in Saudi Arabia/UAE/Bahrain. All cash transfers and payments, including financial licenses and benefits, must be in Saudi Riyal.

Our payment system includes several methods / forms of payment methods:

For online payments: We accept payment through credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only).

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notice on the screen once the payment is accepted. We do not accept any liability if the payment is declined or canceled by your credit card / debit card provider for any reason. You should check with the bank providing the credit card for the reason for the refusal.

We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details that you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security protection purposes, and correspondence is also encrypted from and to the location of the service provider.

We do not provide any payment information made through the website to other companies or individual entities unless it has been requested by an official legal entity. This information is processed by our payment gateway company.

Order Cancelation:

We reserve the right to cancel any request for any of the following reasons:

• Rejection / Failure of payment
• The customer is delayed for more than (1.5) one hour for payment through SADAD payment system.
• If the customer is a dealer or who resells our products or distributors.
• If the delivery address given by the client is wrong or the contact information is wrong or because the client is not reachable.

Order cancelation by client: To continue with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

• If the order is not shipped to you. If you cancel after shipping the order, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the absolute right to match the time when your order was shipped with the time that the cancellation request was sent.
• If we cannot deliver the required product/service within a reasonable period of time of (10) working days from the confirmation day of the order.

Recovering, Replacing and Repayment:

Warranty, Maintenance and Repair:

The products sold by us are covered by factory warranty. The factory warranty is effective from the date of purchase.

You should read the Owner's manual before using the product to ensure that it meets safety and local electrical requirements.

All electrical devices we sell are designed to operate on a 220-240 volts range unless otherwise specified. If you do not have the appropriate field to operate the product using this voltage / electrical source, we recommend that you do not use the product. Products damaged due to the use of a wrong electrical source will not be accepted under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

All products sold have passed quality checks and are ready for use when shipped. If there is any problem with the product within 10 business days of receiving the product, we recommend that you contact us directly.

We do not guarantee that your use of the products/services will be interrupted, is appropriate for you, is safe or free from errors.

We cannot guarantee that the results you may obtain from using the service are accurate or reliable.
